A third teenager is now in custody in connection with a shooting at a Lancaster Township apartment complex that sent bullets flying through a parking lot and into an occupied home earlier this month.
Lancaster Township Police announced Monday (February 23) that Keziah Foster, 17, was arrested and charged as an adult in connection with the February 10 shooting at the Hawthorne Gardens Apartment Complex on Dickens Drive. The charges come roughly two weeks after two other teens were first taken into custody.
The shooting took place around 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday (February 10), when surveillance cameras captured someone firing from a stolen Kia Soul toward a person in the complex’s parking lot. Three people then got out of the vehicle and continued shooting, firing between 10 and 20 rounds. The shots struck multiple vehicles and an occupied apartment, and one bullet passed dangerously close to a resident inside the building. No injuries were reported…
