BAE receives contract to build howitzers in York County

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — BAE Systems, which has a facility in York County, recently received a contract from the U.S. Army that is valued at more than $500 million.

According to BAE Systems, this new contract is for the production of additional M109A7 Paladin Self-Propelled Howitzers and M992A3 Ammunition Carriers for the U.S. Army.
