LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man was charged with homicide about 10 years after getting into a crash while driving under the influence.
Michael Anthony Ortiz was 22 years old when the crash occurred on Sept. 6, 2015 in East Lampeter Township. Ortiz’s passenger, Eliena Rodriguez, suffered “extensive injuries” in the crash, including traumatic brain damage that left her in hospice care.
