Authorities have released an image of a Chester County, Pennsylvania man accused of indecently assaulting a child.
The suspect has been identified as 26-year-old Joseph Bouffard of Glenmoore.
According to Pennsylvania state police, Bouffard followed an 11-year-old girl around a Walmart in West Sadsbury Township before he allegedly assaulted her.
