LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Lancaster Public Library filed a lawsuit against its landlord, the Lancaster Parking Authority, over ongoing disputes about repairs following a damaging flood on Feb. 22, 2025.
In the suit, filed Feb. 25, 2026, the library asserted that it has lost over $300,000 due to the flooding — costs it said should’ve been the parking authority’s responsibility.
