A person was found dead Friday morning inside a burning vehicle in Lancaster County, police said.
East Hempfield Township police were dispatched around 3:40 a.m. to the area of Junction and Landisville roads after a report of a fire. Police said a passerby reported seeing a vehicle on fire next to a barn.
