4 charged for trying to smuggle drugs into York County Prison using catheter bags: police

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Four people are facing charges after allegedly trying to smuggle contraband into York County Prison hidden inside catheter bags.

Pennsylvania State Police filed felony and misdemeanor charges March 11 against Emahn Weedon, 24, of Bellefonte; Elijah Penn, 22, of York; Azaiah Ward, 19, of York; and Shaini Bobbit, 19, of York in connection to the investigation, which began November of 2025.
