YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Four people are facing charges after allegedly trying to smuggle contraband into York County Prison hidden inside catheter bags.
Pennsylvania State Police filed felony and misdemeanor charges March 11 against Emahn Weedon, 24, of Bellefonte; Elijah Penn, 22, of York; Azaiah Ward, 19, of York; and Shaini Bobbit, 19, of York in connection to the investigation, which began November of 2025.
According to charging documents, Bobbit dropped off a package at the prison on Nov. 16, 2025, which she said contained medical supplies for Penn, who was incarcerated there…
