LANCASTER, Pa. — A group of Lancaster County 911 dispatchers and supervisors have filed a federal lawsuit accusing Lancaster County officials of systematically withholding overtime pay in violation of federal labor law.
The complaint, filed on March 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, names Spencer Kling, Heather Moser, Jason Snyder, Justin Widmark, and Emma Kreider as plaintiffs.
