Mobile home owner with no place to go asks lawmakers to stop rising rents

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Jim Houser has lived in his manufactured home in Shadow Stone Village since 2019.

“It serves our purposes real well,” Houser said. “We like to cook, so we have a lot of counter space.”
