LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two of the three teenagers charged in connection with a shooting in an apartment complex parking lot in Manor Township waived their preliminary hearings on Wednesday.
The shooting happened around 3:50 p.m. on Feb. 10 at the apartment complex on Dickens Drive, where several vehicles and apartment buildings were hit by gunfire. One of the bullets reportedly entered an occupied home and almost hit a resident.
