Starved dog found in Lebanon turned over to animal rescue

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A starved dog was found in Lebanon County on Thursday and turned over to an animal rescue.

Main Line Animal Rescue (MLAR) said in a Facebook post on Friday that it is seeking anyone who recognizes the female Pitbull mix type dog.
