EPHRATA, Pa. — Firefighters are used to answering the call, but on Saturday, the Ephrata Fire Department turned to the community for help.
A long line of cars and the smell of barbecue chicken filled the air as community members gathered early Saturday morning to support the local volunteer fire company and one of their own in need.
