Man fired gun outside Lancaster business after complaining about loud music

A Lancaster man fired a handgun outside a city business Sunday night after complaining about the volume of a jukebox, according to police.

Reicel Paneque-Gavilan also fired multiple shots several blocks away, police said Tuesday. They did not say if anyone was injured.

Paneque-Gavilan, 35, is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, and five firearm offenses. He is in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail…
