A 31-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to up to 20 years in prison for fatally shooting a bystander during a 2021 argument outside a Lancaster County party.
Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced Lancaster resident Steffen Tidwell to 8-20 years in prison for the death of Jomar Almestica, 26, on Aug. 20, 2021.
