DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Dauphin County Hazmat Response Team had an early call Saturday morning after a milk tanker crashed into a bridge.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. on Powells Valley Road (Route 4103), just east of the intersection with Dividing Ridge Road in Wayne Township.
