A former social worker who has always loved cooking is opening a restaurant at Central Market York featuring Southern cuisine.
Kim Martinez has been putting the finishing touches on her business, GiGi’s Country Kitchen, which is named after her grandmother, Margaret Faw. It is moving into the former Morning Glory Restaurant space.
