LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Pennsylvania State Police, along with local law enforcement, participated in a large-scale DUI enforcement initiative in Lancaster County last week called “Operation Nighthawk.”
State Police said more than 100 Troopers and local law enforcement officers participated in the operation, which aimed to deter impaired driving through aggressive patrol and DUI enforcement on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28.
Law enforcement made dozens of arrests over two days, including 55 DUI arrests and 21 drug arrests. Officers also issued 289 citations, 659 warnings, and served seven warrants during the operation…
