Man arrested on child endangerment charges in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA — A 39-year-old man was arrested after police say he forced a 14-year-old to drive a car with two other children inside.

Zacharry S. Rasua, of Lancaster, was taken into custody at approximately 10:22 p.m. March 29 and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
