Brett Michael Bair, 38, was charged after a months long investigation into allegations involving his former girlfriend’s daughter in Lancaster Township, according to the release.
The assaults began in 2021 while Bair was living in the home on the 1300 block of Millersville Pike, police said. Investigators allege he would sneak into the girl’s bedroom at night and assault her one to two times a week.
