LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Ephrata’s downtown could soon come with a cost, as the borough is planning to roll out paid parking.
The borough said drivers will have the option to pay at a kiosk or on the Park Mobile app, replacing the current two-hour free parking policy.
