Joseph Anthony Pagan, 38, of Lancaster, was charged after officers responded to a trespassing incident at the Lititz Inn and Suites on Furnace Hills Pike at approximately 8:03 a.m. on Sunday, March 29, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
The victim told officers Pagan tried to enter her hotel room after being told multiple times to leave, police said. He then exited the building and attempted to look inside through a window.
