The crash happened on the 200 block of Big Mount Road in Jackson Township at 9:44 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, according to police.
A 22-year-old man driving a Lexus sedan was traveling northbound when he failed to stop for a Met-Ed flagger holding a stop sign and directing traffic through the work zone.
