LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man is behind bars after police say he raped a drunk woman he’d offered to drive home from a city bar.
Ronald Shubert, 57, of Lancaster is charged with rape of an unconscious victim and other offenses in connection to the crime, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
