LANCASTER, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County have charged two men with conspiring to scam a local retirement home out of more than $100,000.
Sandro Dzigoshvili, 36, of Brooklyn, N.Y, and Shawn Martin, 59, of Denver, Colo., were charged on April 6 with dealing with proceeds of unlawful activities, theft by deception, and criminal conspiracy following an investigation by the Manheim Township Police Department that was launched in December 2025, when they were contacted by the retirement community’s chief financial officer.
According to police, the suspects conspired with other unknown actors to hack into a legitimate email thread between Trillium Place, a retirement community located on the 1500 block of Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster, and the Frey Lutz Corporation.
