LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WKRC) — A Pennsylvania man who was arrested and charged with the aggravated assault of two 6-week-old babies said his actions may have been due to a “lack of sleep,” say police.
Per FOX 43, 23-year-old Dillon McCarraher is accused of severely beating the infants at his home between August and September 2025. The victims reportedly suffered from injuries like broken bones, bleeding from their eyes and bruises. A doctor who examined the babies said their injuries were consistent with physical abuse.
During an interview with police, McCarraher said he may have injured the infants due to frustration from a lack of sleep. He also allegedly admitted to breaking one of the babies’ arms when he was upset and told investigators he didn’t know how fragile the child was…
