LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County employee is being charged for allegedly using his position to obstruct a federal investigation of an Iranian national living in the United States illegally.
According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Lucas Keener, 31, of the 400 block of West Marion Street in Lancaster, was charged with a misdemeanor count of obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function, specifically by breach of official duty.
