LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County man was found guilty of raping a teenager in the 1990s, not long before a Lancaster police officer raped the same victim.
According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Roberto Rosario, 46, of the 500 block of East Maple Street, was found guilty of rape by forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, and sexual assault by a jury on April 17.
