YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Several emergency crews flocked to the scene of a trash truck that flipped over early Thursday on a Hellam Township roadway, according to online dispatch records.
Officials said the accident happened around 6:40 a.m. near the intersection of Cool Creek Road and Mount Pisgah Road.
