Creditors can take action against Taylor Chip after judge tosses bankruptcy case

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The bankruptcy case filed by Lancaster County-based cookie company Taylor Chip has been tossed, putting it in the crosshairs of its creditors.

According to a judge’s ruling, Taylor Chip is still liable for all of its debt.
