Nurse at central Pa. care homes took patients’ oxycodone: AG

A Landisville nurse with a history of prescription drug offenses doctored records to acquire oxycodone intended for patients at two Elizabethtown-area nursing homes, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Tina Marie Williams, 45, was charged April 22 with six counts each of acquiring a controlled substance by fraud and furnishing false information or omitting information and two counts of forgery.

According to charging documents, Williams worked at Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation and Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation, which are both owned by the same company. A message left Monday seeking comment was not immediately returned…
