EAST PROSPECT, Pa. — Two York County men have been charged with animal cruelty and neglect after police claim they left two pets behind after moving from their East Prospect home earlier this year.
Frederick Kornstedt, 35, and Christopher Formica, 38, are accused of leaving their grey pit bull alone in their West Maple Street home for at least a week without sufficient food and water.
