Car backs into pedestrian at Lancaster County Rutter’s before driving away: troopers

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The driver of a Chevrolet Avalanche reportedly drove away from the scene after backing into a pedestrian at a Lancaster County Rutter’s, Pennsylvania State Police claimed.

The reported hit-and-run happened around 7:12 a.m. on May 4 at a Rutter’s on the 5000 block of Lincoln Highway in Salisbury Township, according to PSP.
