Nonprofit founder wanted after deceiving York County resident, police say

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A wanted woman who allegedly deceived a customer who was trying to buy immigration documents in York County in 2024 is still on the run, police said Thursday.

Southern Regional Police are asking for the public’s help to find Zsizsiolina Soto-Rodriguez, 35, no known address, who is wanted on felony charges of theft, access device fraud and identity theft, according to court records.
