YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — To reduce a multi-million dollar deficit, the West York Area School District has announced several staffing changes, Superintendent Todd Davies said Thursday in a message to families.
The district was entering the 2026-27 budget cycle with a $4 million deficit, Davies said. As part of the budgeting process, several aide positions were reduced to part-time, and they will continue to support students.
