WEST CHESTER, PA — Chester County Detectives have charged a Parkesburg man following an investigation into the alleged possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material, according to the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
Investigators reported 57-year-old John Lymberis was charged with sexual abuse of children, digital forgery, and related offenses.
According to the criminal complaint, Chester County Detectives received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force regarding a Kik account allegedly used to upload and share child sexual abuse material…
