OWOSSO, Mich. (News 10) – Crews in Owosso are continuing work on a more than $7 million project to rebuild portions of M-71.
According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, crews are reconstructing the roadway between Corunna Avenue and M-21.
As part of the project, both shoulders of M-71, also known as Washington Street, will be closed in each direction Tuesday between Waters Street and East Howard Street. A temporary pedestrian pathway will remain in place during the work…
