LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — This week on Crime Stoppers, police need your help solving a 41-year-old homicide case, tracking down a woman who has been missing for three years, and finding three people wanted on warrants.

41-year-old cold case homicide
The Bath Township Police Department is asking for any information that could help solve the homicide of 34-year-old Patricia Susan Fuller, who was killed on or about June 19, 1985 in Bath Township. Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity, vehicles or people in the area of 8678 East State Road or the 8000 block of East State Road, between the evening of June 18, 1985 andapproximately 5:00 Pp.m. June 19, 1985. Even minor details may be important such aspast conversations, rumors, threats, conflicts, or information regarding Patricia’s missingpurse.
Disappearance of Amber Arnett
The Lansing Police Departmnet is asking for any information related to the disappearance of Amber Arnett, who was last seen on June 25, 2023. She is 5’4”, approximately 150 pounds,and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top withwhite lettering, blue jeans, and black athletic shoes. She also has tattoos on both armsand thighs. She was 39 years old when she went missing.
Locadio Eugene Ruiz
Locadio Eugene Ruiz, 46, is waned on a a felony warrant for contempt of court, and felony failure to appear warrants for counterfeiting, assault causing great bodily harm and possession of counterfeiting tools out of Jackson. He ius 5’10” and 175 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Efrem Lemma-Abraham Engeda
Efrem Lemma-Abraham Engeda, 25, is wanted on a a felony warrant for flight out of Clinton County, and a warrant for a probation violation out of Ingham County. He is 6’4″ and 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
