EAST LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – The East Lansing Police Department is investigating a crash involving a cement truck and a pedestrian that left one person with critical injuries Thursday morning.
According to police, the crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. when the cement truck was turning left from southbound Abbot Road onto eastbound Saginaw Street.
