Honey Badger Bakehouse Upgrading to Brick-and-Mortar in Mason

A bakehouse three years in the making will be debuting next month.

Local of the Mason area Alison Stirling is working hard to bring her brick-and-mortar for Honey Badger Bakehouse to the community. It will be at 121 W Maple Street in the city’s downtown. Stirling told What Now Detroit she is hoping to open the doors by the end of August.

Stirling already showcases her bakes for the community at events in the Lansing area. Recently, she set up a grab-and-go tent at Lansing’s Pride event, selling croissants, sourdough bread and other sweet treats. She first started the pop-up as a farm stand, and has wanted a physical location for customers to stop in and buy her baked goods…
