Salad does not usually make you lean forward in your seat. Mine arrived on a platter wider than my laptop bag, layered with chips still warm from the fryer, guacamole pooled in the center, shredded chicken fanned across one side, plus peas and parmesan scattered over everything like confetti.
I had ordered it expecting a side dish, not a centerpiece. The couple at the next table watched me try to find a sustainable angle of attack.
