LAINGSBURG, Mich. (News 10) – Sleepy Hollow State Park was full of visitors enjoying a sunny start to Labor Day weekend, with some traveling from as far as Detroit for one last outing before the end of summer.
Family tradition on the disc golf course
Mike Huey drove in from Grand Blanc to spend time with family on the park’s disc golf course.
“It’s worth the drive, the 45-minute drive, being where I’m from. This has a little bit of everything,” Huey said.
Huey picked up the hobby from his brother, Paul. He said he and his family come to Sleepy Hollow often, and the Labor Day holiday made for an easy trip…
