Woman gets prison for nearly $50,000 disaster aid fraud

LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) — A Twin Lake woman was sentenced to federal prison Monday after she was convicted of fraudulently receiving nearly $50,000 in disaster aid, court documents say.

The fraud case stems from Toni M. Fisher claiming that a Florida vacation home was her primary residence.
