LAINGSBURG, Mich. (WJRT) – A Shiawassee County man couldn’t believe his eyes when he realized that he won a $100,000 Powerball prize in the Christmas Day drawing. The Michigan Lottery says 52-year-old Todd Schroeder of Laingsburg matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball on Dec. 25 to win a $50,000 prize with a ticket purchased online from the lottery’s website.
