LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Ingham County Emergency Management is urging people to be cautious around the rivers and near flooded roads–and especially, not to drive around street barricades.
“They [barricades] are there for your safety,” the agency said in a social media post Saturday.
In the post, Ingham County officials said some of the rivers in the area are higher than normal for this time of year–since, as you can see, the typical spring snowmelt is happening in January.
