SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) – Monday starts off with a First Alert Weather Day as locally dense fog is forming anywhere downwind of the Saginaw Bay, in the northern Thumb and along the shoreline, and at times into Owosso and surrounding areas. We do think Flint and Fenton could see some fog formation in any valleys this morning too.
