LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -Walgreens is set to close a substantial number of its roughly 8,600 locations. This comes as the drugstore looks to reset its struggling business. Walgreens hasn’t officially announced what stores will be closing, but the company CEO, Tim Wentworth, says about 2,100 underperforming stores face closure if they don’t improve.
