LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – An artist will begin creating a mural for the Ovation Center in Lansing. The Ovation Center will serve as a new entertainment venue downtown. The mural, which is being painted on the south wall of the Ovation Center, will be the first thing you see when heading north from Reo Town to I-496.
