JACKSON, MI – Investigators believe they have caught the man responsible for killing a 17-year-old Lansing boy in a drive-by shooting over the summer. Jayvion Jahri Hodge, 21, was arraigned Sept. 16 on charges of open murder and using a firearm to commit a felony in connection with the shooting death of Kalil Calunga-Rodriguez, court records show.
