The landscape of Lansing’s restaurant scene is ever changing. And wouldn’t you know it, it’s changing again. Thankfully, it’s with a new addition as opposed to a loss. So far in 2024, Lansing has seen a mixture of losses and gains when it comes to eateries. One restaurant to close recently was The Creole Burger Bar & Southern Kitchen in Old Town, and that was around for 10 years.
