The high winds and cool temperatures come as cold fronts pass through the region: One front passed through Sunday evening bringing rain and storms, and another will pass Monday afternoon, according to the weather agency.
Sunday night’s storms brought a tornado warning for the Ithaca area, although there were no immediate reports of damage.
